Monse-Heart Parental Consent for Online Learning

Welcome to Monse-Heart Healthcare & Safety Tutoring Institute! We provide an online learning environment, enabling students aged 13 and above to engage with video lessons and complete associated assignments both in class and remotely. Our courses are delivered through our tailored Monse-Heart online platform and Zoom video conferencing software.

Student confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. Each student and educator has their distinct accounts on our online learning platforms, with student account information kept strictly confidential and accessible only to their respective teachers.

Before your child can access their online learning account, we need your consent. As a parent or guardian of a child under 18 years old, your approval is required for us to establish a student account for your child.

In accordance with the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), children over 16 years of age can provide valid consent independently. However, for children under 16, consent must be granted by a parent or legal guardian.

By using our services or accessing our website, you consent to allow Monse-Heart Institute to create an online student account for your child. Furthermore, you acknowledge that the Institute may collect, use, and disclose your child’s information as explained in Monse-Heart’s Privacy Policy.

For more information about Monse-Heart and our practices, please visit our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

By providing access to our online learning platform for your child, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms stated in this Parental Consent for Online Learning form. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services for your child. Your continued usage of our services or the online learning platform for your child signifies your acceptance of these terms and any subsequent updates. It is your responsibility to review this Parental Consent for Online Learning form periodically and stay informed about any changes.
