We extend our warm welcome to both Professional and Native English-Speaking individuals worldwide who are eager to assist students in learning English. Our tutoring services cater to students aged 13 and above. No teaching certificate, bachelor’s degree, or prior teaching experience is required for those interested in supporting students with their English language learning journey. The sole requirement is that you are a native or near-native English speaker at an advanced level. As a tutor, you may guide beginner-level core courses, engage in speaking parts of other courses, and help students practice English communication in fluency courses. For tutoring in Monse-Heart’s specialized courses, such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), International English Language Testing System (IELTS), and other English proficiency test courses, a teaching certificate, bachelor’s degree, or prior teaching experience is mandatory. HOW DO I Get Paid?

As a Monse-Heart Tutor, you will receive payment based on the courses or packages you tutor. You have the option to tutor multiple courses or packages according to your preference. Upon completion of the course or package, payment will be issued via electronic transfer or direct deposit for your convenience.

Types Of English Courses

Which course would you like to teach?  Consider your personality and the field of your experience with the following chart before you select a job posting.

The Institute provides all course material via the online Learning Management System (LMS). The students have 24/7 access to the course material for as long as they are registered in a particular class. Students who enroll in a core course have access to the LMS for six months.

Beginners Level
Core Course

Course Description

The module contains 36 A1 Lessons on speaking, reading, and writing tasks.

Students may have little or no English background.

A communicative
approach to learning

Course Description

Students will practice English communication with native English teachers from the United States and other parts of the world. Practice makes perfect! Get talking! Idioms, Functional Language, Vocabulary.

Emphases are placed on sharpening the listening and speaking skills. The goal is to teach students to communicate efficiently in English rather than to perfect grammar and usage.

Course Description

This course combines English Fluency 101 and English for showbiz to help students gain pronunciation and body language proficiency.

Students study English through role-playing and rehearsing play scripts, watching and listening to movies, television, news, and other media.

Course Description

The courses are Beginner to Intermediate levels, with modules containing lessons on speaking, reading, writing tasks, and Bible-based ESL Lessons.

Course Description

Students may differ significantly in their English and demographic levels. All levels of English courses are offered for company employees. Employees may also join Business English and English Fluency 101 to speak fluent English.

Students may range from 13 to 17 years old; and may differ in English Language skills. (Teachers require prior experience teaching children).

Core Courses: Beginners to Advanced Level Lessons on speaking, reading, and writing tasks.

Fluency Courses: Students practice English communication with native English teachers from the United States and other parts of the world. The goal is to teach students to communicate efficiently.

Emphasis is placed on sharpening the listening and speaking skills. The goal is to teach students to communicate efficiently in English rather than to perfect grammar and usage.

Test Prep: Students may be preparing to take the TOEFL or EILTS

Non-Professional Community Tutor

Age: 18 years and up
