Dear Parents,

We would like to inform you that Monse-Heart Healthcare & Safety Tutoring Institute uses the American Heart Association’s Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) 1Stop Platform. And American Red Cross training material for teaching the cognitive part of the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) courses. The online platforms allow students to watch video lessons online or in class and complete assignments related to these lessons. The skills training is done either in a classroom or online via zoom video conferencing web-based software. 

We also offer English language courses to children age 13 and up who desire to speak fluently in the English language. The institute offers English courses through our customized Monse-Heart English online platform and zoom video conferencing web-based software.

The online teaching platforms have both teacher and student accounts. Student accounts and information related to them are stored privately and are only accessible to us as your children’s teachers. With the English online platform accounts, students will watch video lessons, respond to questions to evaluate their understanding of the subject, and receive feedback from their teacher regarding their performance.

The institute must obtain parental consent to set up Monse-Heart online platform accounts on students’ behalf and allow students under 18 years old to access and use these accounts.

If your child is under 18 years old, we need your consent to create your child’s student account on their behalf. Please sign below and email the form as soon as possible to m.asad@monseheart.com.

European Union (EU) law on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) allows children over 16 years of age to provide valid consent on their behalf. For children under 16 years of age, the child’s parents or legal guardian must give permission. If your child is under 16 years old, we need your consent to create your child’s student account on their behalf.
